We understand your frustration.
If you are a timeshare owner you have surely experienced an onslaught of calls and solicitations from “brokers” wanting to list your property for sale. Save yourself the pain of costly scams or empty feelings of paying for something that never materializes.
We are not a “broker” nor do we claim to “list” your timeshare for sale. With our trusted, reliable affiliates who guarantee their services, you have every reason to be confident!
Getting it Done Right the First Time
Transferring a deed can be frustrating, time-consuming and costly. If you are trying to do it on your own, it will most likely end up costing you more and taking you much longer. Our partners have years of experience in taking care of your transfer in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. We make the process easy for you with our step by step, guided approach.
Finding a Buyer is Key
Finding a legitimate buyer, who actually wants your timeshare, is the real challenge for an individual seller. Fewer and fewer educated buyers are willing to sign up for endless maintenance fees when they realize that “renting” timeshares is a much more economical option. Our partners have vast experience in marketing a timeshare for transfer and a pool of interested charities, corporations, and clients looking for just the right property. We transferred more than 10,000 timeshares last year alone; that’s almost 200 a week or 27 every day.
Transfer Documents and Paperwork
With the increase of timeshare transfers, comes the increase of technical paperwork. The documents are exacting and require notaries and a power of attorney. Many sales are lost or their deeds are not transferred in a timely manner due to paperwork not being done correctly the first time. We take care of the paperwork for you. We walk you through every step and signature required.
Timing to Transfer a Deed
Our average length of time to transfer a deed is 9-12 months in most cases, sometimes less depending on the resort. Once the deed is transferred, you will be free of all obligations and fees related to your timeshare.
Timeshare Use and Fees During Transfer Process
All resorts require the use of your timeshare to be frozen during the transfer process. All fees are required to be kept current. A deed cannot legally transfer if fees are not current. (Unless you still own a mortgage).
Cost of a Deed Transfer
Every timeshare is different and every resort has different fees. For these reasons, there is no way anyone can tell you what your fees will be without information related to your personal deed. This is a complimentary service we offer during our meeting with you.
