How are you different from other companies that offer to help me get out of my timeshare?

We are a Utah based company that meets with people one-on- one and face-to- face whenever possible. We have a front door and an office where you will be able to speak directly to the owners of the company at any time during your exit process. We are the ones who answer the phone when you call and get your questions answered when you have them.
We do an assessment for your sake and ours. All timeshares are different and require different services. We have to know and see exactly what you own so that we can guarantee our service. You have to see that we know what we are doing to be satisfied with our service.
Timeshares are getting more challenging to deal with. Some say they no longer permit an exit unless you pay them thousands directly. How much does your service cost?

Unfortunately, scams in this industry make it look as though it is possible to simply charge a flat fee for service. How long does the exit process take?

Every timeshare is different. Some take 90 days and some take 12 months. The length of time is also dependent on our clients providing needed paperwork in a timely manner.

Does your service involve me getting into another timeshare?

NO. We do not believe in the timeshare approach or model. It is an ever increasing debt that is not at all user friendly. It is our goal to free you and your family from all timeshare ties and obligations.

How will I know that I am really out of my Timeshare obligations?

Execution of deed transfers, cancellations and all sale are all legally completed and recorded when necessary. Resorts also provide letters to clients related to the status of ownership at the time of transfer or cancellation. Depending on the property of record, title is transferred via deed, membership, lease, assignment, or as required by resort official governing documents (covenants, conditions, and restrictions).

What if I have more than one timeshare?

Whether you have 1 timeshare or 10, we can help! Our services are for all owners who are ready to be completely free from any unwanted timeshare obligations.

Are there any requirements for using your service?

We only need contractual confirmation that you are the legal owner and the particulars of your timeshare ownership. Do you work with out of state clients?

Yes! We offer online consultations (webinars). If you are more than 75 miles from one of our offices, we will schedule a webinar for you. A Consultant will answer all of your questions as they assess your timeshare status and walk you through what to expect during the exit process.
